An important advantage of this is that it takes impressions very cleanly; the best way of modelling with it is by ‘impressing’ and even things like fabrics or soft brushes can be used to texture the surface. If your fingers make indents in your clay or your figures bend easily, they are not firm enough and you should put them back in the oven for 2 minutes at a time until they are hard.
