Stories for Kids: Age 8-10 Stories for Kids: Age 8-10
This book was turned into a short movie a few years ago and it’s easy to see why, with its adventurous storyline! But they also like to put things in their mouths, so choose toys that are safe and easy to keep clean.I would say at this age, anything that is textured cover (board book, soft book) or on the story (fuzzy, shiny, rough), interactive (pop up) with big and simple words and pictures entertained my child. I think the rest of the books such as Goodnight Moon were more a comfort story for me to read to my child rather than the other way around. I don’t know what it is but she likes reading about babies and what they do which probably mirrors a lot of what she does.
