About this deal
I'm not going to go into great detail about what was good and bad about this because I'm planning on reading this published book when it comes out next summer. Anyway, he's got the whole "he hates everyone but her" trope down, so there's that and I absolutely love it. It was just a little detail that I really liked, and we pretty much don't see or hear from them afterwards.
However, I personally found it really hard to believe that Sienna was as badass as the narrative wanted me to believe. It quickly lives up to its name when Ever finds herself trying not to fall for two attractive, but wildly. Kayden was all grumpy, serious, and laser focused on winning, and with Sienna’s help, he became a better fighter for it.At first, Kayden wants nothing to do with Sienna’s schemes, but when he figures out that she might be able to give him an advantage, he caves, letting her first into his home, then into his bed, and finally into his heart. There were no slow parts and I was rooting for the protagonist to not only get her revenge, but to find someone who deserved her and to show what she was capable of for herself. She left the apartment they lived in together and spent the night at the gym as she confronted some pretty questionable issues.
I read the version of that was available on Wattpad and even interviewed Claudia, a couple of months years ago.It was well developed and i had a blast just trying to figure out what was next for there relationship. Mma trainer Sienna Lane thought she had finally got her life together: A nice apartment, her dream job, and Jax, the love of her life.
