Back when I got it I thought it was fine, and the people who smelt it around me thought it was good. Hugo Extreme is a new version of the classic Hugo Man fragrance from 1995, which comes in Eau de Parfum concentration and lifts the fragrance to a new level with an intensive, modern twist. In my experience, Boss isn't a house that you need to own more than 2-3 fragrances from (especially from this "Hugo" line) because most of its releases seem to follow the same avenue of being safe and mass-appealing.

The opening is fresh and fruity you have the Boss DNA right away, its apple for sure but my nose gets mandarin too, i wish the opening lasts more because 1 or 2 hours i get the dry down, a woody base note with a sharp metallic synthetic note that i really hate , and the worst thing is after several days of use my nose catches this note rather quickly from all the beginning making this fragrance really unbearable.

That one smelt nice - green, fresh, aromatic, spicy and a bit fruity but performed poorly like most Hugo Boss fragrances. Any occasion but personally i wouldnt wear it on a date only because i have better options for that purpose.

I sometimes wore HUGO Hugo Boss after wrestling or swim practice and, sometimes I wore it to go out with friend to the movies.This is a good scent for spring and more so summer, and for those who want to carry something fresh and different to the office or any other place where you want to arrive fresh and clean. I will admit when i first got it i was expecting the exact same as the OG as this was being sold as a replacement of the OG but that seems to be gone from the description now and was a little upset at first when it wasn't exactly the same as it has a lot of fond memories of holidays abroad tied to it but as i said above i now actually prefer it so maybe it just needs time for it to grow on people expecting the OG.

yes they give 100ml rather than 125 but the performance on this one is solid, much better than the original so you need only few sprays.It would be good as a first perfume as a teenager and at the same time it'd be perfect in a gym bag to spray afterwards. This is very musky and very manly, the projection is ok but it does last super long and seems to last even longer on my clothes. The mid notes are too soapy-flowery, this part of the fragrance is not too good, but few hours later changing again and I’ll get a cool base with the fir and cedar.
