About this deal
This renowned fall festival, considered one of the top things to do in New Mexico, even boasts the title of "the world's most photographed event," with an estimated 25 million photographs captured. The balloon took its maiden trip at the Fiesta Community Launch and is piloted by our nightglow director Ian Martin, who communicates with all the balloons during the glow. Mass ascents are the highlights of each day’s schedule, with balloons of all shapes and sizes turning the sky into a playground.
Beyond ballooning, the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta features a chainsaw carving exhibition, skydiving shows, music performances, fireworks and more on its 350-acre site, Balloon Fiesta Park, which also offers glamping options for overnight attendees.Celebrate Labor Day weekend in Colorado, where you can see approximately 70 balloons against the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Of course, it wouldn’t be the Festival of Balloons without the ever impressive NW Natural Night Glow (weather permitting), the Rogue Ales Beer Garden, Main Stage Entertainment Presented by Krista Britton, Hillshire Realty Group|EXP, Festival of Cars presented by Landmark Ford, Kid’s Zone and a whole lot more! Or, enjoy a family vacation at Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs, which features an indoor water park.

Other festivities include running a 5K, paddleboarding on Prospect Lake, listening to live music, and watching a skydiving show and aerial acrobats.
Join us in the pre-dawn hours as approximately 20 hot air balloons launch into the morning sky (weather and pilot permitting). Château-d'Oex celebrates ballooning with the nine-day International Hot Air Balloon Festival in January, featuring 60 balloons and pilots from 15 different countries. It is a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle to watch over 500 hot air and gas-filled balloons shaped as animals, characters and cultural symbols ascend over the Sandia Mountains and New Mexico deserts.
