These arm bands i purchased to help me learn to swim was the perfect swimming aid, They give you the bouyance to help you float and confidence to learn. I got these for my 8year old I got the senior ones has Junior was I had was about tight on the arms but these work great .We were initially a little concerned she wouldn't want to wear them but we couldn't have been more wrong.
